We recently had a manufactured home installed in North Port, Steve was recommended by the home mfg. I contacted Steve, he gave me a ballpark estimate to do a driveway, carport, screen room and shed. It seemed fair. The best part was he could do it all. I called around and with others I would have had to contract out to 2-3 different contractors. Doing that from NH was not a good plan. We went with Steve and I cannot say enough about him and his company. Once the project started he gave me updates, was extremely professional and followed thru with any issues. His quality of work is fantastic. Everything looks fantastic. No sooner was he done when Ian came thru. Not a single issue, everything was standing, completely intact, not even screens torn when homes and carports around me were destroyed. I would highly recommended Steve Rhodes for any project he may bid on for your project.
