The work completed was average.
Not so good at communicating if not going to show up to the job that day...and in good faith I paid him his final before all work was complete. Over two months have gone by and he has not returned or responded to ANY of the communication attempts my husband and I have made. So disappointed!!! I thought he would prove to be different.
