Me and my realtor Went to see your new construction home on 29 Lake Rd., Brookfield ma and we met Michelle Terry Exit Realty very pleasant and nice lady & the builder Steven Skowyra from Quahog Valley Property Mgmt LLC ( partner with David Terry).
Which I have heard they work with the builder in the past.
This new home did not include any of the appliances or washer and dryer. So I went and purchased all my appliances including the washer and dryer plus the mailbox, that was over $50.
Was approved for the loan but they screw up the paperwork and we couldn’t purchased the home, But Steven Skowyra & Exit Realty are giving us the down payment but builder did not wanna give me my full amount of my appliances, He stated that he did an extra $6000 in the house which was lye and he wanted a even trade for the appliances that I paid 5,700and that did not include the mailbox price. On my Addendum List I only requested Gutter Shields that was $850 and railing to front house stairs, bedroom stairs, basement which was no charge per builder and that does not cost 6,000. Didn’t ask for anything else. The rugs were gray picked by the samples they had for me to choose from for the bedrooms.
I didn’t want To continue the stress going back-and-forth with this builder I settle $3,000 instead of 5,700 for my appliances which was unfair and To be con & Lyed by a builder especially that money was from my disabled son, Shame on you!!!!! You can be a good builder but when you do something like that I have no respect for you. Whoever purchase this home congratulations just to let you know that all the appliances were paid by me( the buyer) not by the builder.
And I’m very disappointed and disgusted how this went through and I hope it doesn’t happen to anybody else
