I have had Brett Summers install at least 4 HVAC's systems in my "investment and rental" houses I have owned as well as the two homes I have resided in over the last several years. He will let you know what your options are depending on what the house needs. I would give him an a+++ rating as he will give you an honest opinion as to whether it would be better to repair a system that could last for a couple of years or if it best to replace the system now. He is not high pressure sales effort that offers specials if you sign today only. He gives you a price and it is probably good for a month, so you can shop around if you want to.
