Very poor. Full of excitement at first but quickly shows how unorganized and unprofessional. Do not hire, stay away. We have a bad situation with a house in chaos and he wants more money to continue.

Builders beware! Do not hire this so called company for any construction projects. They do not show up for days after starting a project and do not inform customers. They misuse construction funds. They don't pay their workers leaving home owners liable and they purposely underbid construction projects by a significant amount. Hire at your own risk!

Do NOT hire. City of Downey inspectors know of Juan Carlos Gutiérrez and all of the projects that he begins and abandonds. He will quote you for a certain amount and quickly "run out" of funds. If you question how he used the construction funds he will demand you pay more money or abandon your project. Yes, he will have the audacity to threaten to abandon your project! Even when you tell him you will not give him another dime until the work is completed he is unfazed. He will leave with a nonchalant attitude after taking your money and move on to the next person. After all it's not like the State licensing Board will do anything about it. Protect yourself, no Government agency will. Do not hire this man!
