Kitchen fire in back of house killed 4 cats, led to demolition of house years later then rebuilt how Pat wanted it. Saved a lot of money using the crappiest windows he could find, put unwanted door-walls on the deck and off the basement below. Big windows and door-walls I did not ever have or want.
My walk in height attic became a loft with stairs directly at the front door entrance so try moving anything into the house. I am still not moved in from storing what I could salvage from the house, since they (MJ White & Sons and SunGlo did not)... bad stories do not end.
SunGlo would never be recommended by me.
Pat is all talk and his promises remind me too much of Trump. He doesn't follow through or listen.
He visited many times at the diner with his own old friend, Terry Putin, at my expense all to no avail.
This began 6/12/14 and is still unfinished. Never even had a walk-thru of this P.O.S. house they left me with. Turned their website into one where you cannot leave reviews, only their own testimonies. No wonder Pats's one of Trump's millionaire pals.
He doesn't pay his bills either.
