Just a warning to those who are considering doing an contract with this company and to pass along our “lesson learned”. We had them come out to the house and the owner provided a verbal / ballpark estimate of a bathroom remodel in the $20k range....nothing wild just removal of a closet wall and separation wall. He stated in order to do a detailed/line item estimate he would need $300 to execute which we took as good faith money...fair enough given the fact that he was referred to us by a neighbor.
Well, after a week and a very rudimentary sketch his final estimate was 10k+ over his verbal/ballpark estimate (50% higher). The only answer we got for an explanation was that “materials and labor” are on the rise. We would have never given him the good faith money if we would have known he was going to come in so wildly out of control...espacially, considering that this company was “reputable” and it was assumed he would be able to provide general figures that we 10-15% range.This was a lesson learned for us and just want to pass along our experience so hopefully you have a better one...buyer beware! Just hope he was able to have a dinner guilt free at Capital Grille on us. :(

I can't believe this contractor has any bad reviews. As far as I'm concerned, this guy does the best work and in my opinion is the best contractor around. All my neighbors will back me up on this. Thank you Superior Remodeling & Improvements.
