I hired this contractor through home advisor. I wanted my front porch power washed, repainted, granite treads replaced with limestone, pathway refilled with sand and handrails painted from white to black. Moni came with his uncle, the latter of who did a good job with painting. However, Moni did a terrible job with painting handrails, drips were left all over the rails. It looks like a child painted it and I believe they call themselves Master Painters!....I will have to sand and re do myself. When a 3rd man came to bore holes in limestone, several chips were made on top limestone tread. It's very noticeable and looks like the whole tread needs replacing. A week ago I bought it to Moni's attention, still not addressed. Today, walking down street, I noticed they left a large piece of limestone on the sidewalk in front of my neighbors house. I'm not sure if this was an oversight on their behalf, but I had paid them to have debris cleared away. Am really disappointed overall. The cost was definitely not value for money. I would not recommend or ever use again. Moni just talks a good talk, but in practice, doesn't live up to his words. If there were somewhere to post pictures, I would!
