We hired T & T Tree Care in November 2017 to cut down 2 trees, buck them up & chip brush for $2150. They started work in December 2017. They brang down one of the trees & said they found concrete in one of the logs and would need to get another blade to cut it up. Travis asked for money so we gave him $1650 of the $2150. After several months back & forth with text we kept calling to see when they were coming back. Excuse after excuse, they never did. I called for the last time in May 2018 & talked with Travis telling him we are frustrated & have been very patient but we need him to come back & finish the job he started. Travis said he would be back on May 12, 2018 to finish the one tree but he wasn’t going to do the other tree. We told him we excepted the bid for both trees. May 12th came and No T & T Tree Care. We are now contacting an attorney.

Highest recommendation! Travis and his team took down 2 large trees, one a large black oak over a cottage and another a large Douglas Fir and cabled a beautiful, mature big leaf maple. Most important to us was their respect, reverence really, for trees and the whole ecology of the woods. Their evaluations were thorough and well grounded in science and experience, and the bid was fair, well within the range of the multiple bids we sought. The work was careful and no damage was done to the cottage and its garden despite the massive size of the black oak. The fir was in the woods and carefully done as well.
The clean up was complete.
T&T has great heavy equipment to chip and clear large pieces of wood.
Finally, the whole crew was hard-working, reliable, conscientious and a pleasure to be with.
I'd give 5+ stars if possible.
