    The mishap was resolved; I flushed the new water heater, and the hot water returned to normal pressure. Danny was up to his ears that day in house calls, so I don’t blame him - a fellow military veteran. Therefore, I will continue using Tactical for my plumbing needs.

    I don’t really write reviews but I have to do this one. I manage a apartment building in Gilbertsville P.A. Since the first day I met Paul and his crew they have been a god sent. Their work is phenomenal and so is their pricing. My tenants love them. You can call this company and they are their at a drop of a dime to help no matter the situation.     My parents had some issues with their water tank back home in Edmonton and raved to me about the professional and riendly service they got from Tactical. Service guy walked them through each step and made them comfortable about the whole process. Apparently quite funny too. Nice to hear my parents being well taken care of.

    They were very professional, polite and explained everything thoroughly to me along the way. I liked that the plumbers respected my home and put covers on their shoes. I would recommend them highly.

    Needed new laundry faucet, repair of shower, and new toilet

    They were prompt, quoted the job, and scheduled it quickly. On the day of the work, plumbers used shoe covers, covered work areas with mats, and finished quickly. They were very professional and informative so I understood why the work was necessary. I would definitely call Tactical Plumbing again.
