We had our home replumbed and a bathroom remodel.The contractors and people we dealt with Alex and Sam are charming and excellent salesmen but I think they are over extended and NEED to improve on customer contact and WORK SCHEDULING.We have VERY hectic scheduals and I care for my elderly mother, I needed to know when workers were to show up and this was very problematic.The work was beautiful, only one or two small issues with tile.Why a tile job would be left with 2 tiles missing is beyond me and we still have no shower doors,Slight language barrier with workers also.If they address these problems in a professional manner I would give them 5 stars, or after I can take a shower !!

Had a 4 plex in Los Angeles roofed by Joseph 3 years ago. It leaked several months ago. Called on 7/7/2023 and was told a repair would be done 7/9 but they never showed. I've called and texted NUMEROUS times and did not get a response. Big storm to hit tomorrow so I had to pay another roofer for repairs. Terrible customer service! No warranty! Buyer beware! Do not use this company!
