Mr. Derr provides high quality guaranteed work at a very reasonable price. Mr. Derr does all of his own work and is very prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend this contractor. If you do not try this business you are missing out.

The outdoor wiring & refrigerant lines of our Mitsubishi AC/Heat system was not sealed properly at time of installation. As a result, mice were able to get in and chew the wiring & all the black foam covering, causing system breakdown. We now have to replace much of it at our expense since the warranty has expired.
