Mr. James promised us a two car driveway. Robert made a mistake and sent the wrong pavers. They were about half installed before we discovered they were the wrong color. Robert told us they had our driveway color on a different job and he would remove the wrong ones and use the others from the other job. He said our driveway was longer so he would have to order more. Well, our drive was staked out to be 20' wide and all the sudden it dropped to 14' wide. Make sure you check your contract close! In our case the contract read "Paver Driveway". Just one of many errors. Be prepared to spend well over the contract amount! We told Tommy right from the beginning we wanted St. Augustine grass. He gave us a $4500.00 allowance. His actual price was $9K. We had to pay the additional $4500.00. Thats how they hook you.

We just completed building our family home in Highland Lakes Reserve with TE James & it was not what we imagined or hoped for. We were promised 3D renditions that were never delivered. They made countless mistakes, some never corrected. Both completion dates were not met. We are already under contract to repair & undo the poor work they refused to take responsibility for. I question their business practices & will never forget the way they turned building a dream home into more than a yearlong nightmare!
I would NOT recommend!
