Teddy is honest to the point that he SAVED ME OVER $75,000.00 from what another contractor was going to charge me for the SAME WORK! Complete kitchen redo with all the plumbing ( that was old and leaking) replaced.
He is open-minded and creative, caring and even helped my neighbor find their lost dog.

Man is shady asshole
Talk the talk and threatening when does not get his way
Won arbitration with home advisor fair claims
Arbitrator had to hang up on this arrogant thief because he tried to talk over her thinking he was in charge.
If one person is saved from this trash that calls himself a man , I have done my due diligence

Cannot even begin what a bad idea to hire this company. Talks big takes money, who knows if and when they will show up. Plumbing work was so bad they had to redo entire job. Porch was finished but they ordered 500 percent more material on my credit card than was needed. I would be typing for weeks if I went through all the problems. Basically takes money doesnt show up, doesnt follow plans over orders supplies, does not pull proper permits. I have pictures and emails

He is a con artist. He acts like he really cares about you but the entire time he's screwing you. We hired him for a complete home remodel. He would start in a room, do a little then start another project but never complete the first one. He shows up for 2-3 days then disappears for a couple weeks. He does shoddy work and even cut the main support beam to our home. Every time he shows up he finds another problem. We fired him because after 8 months he never finished one project. He constantly needs more money. In the end he got all the money and we had to hire another company to fix everything he screwed up. He stole a tremendous amount of money from us. DONT HIRE HIM

Beware of this man, he is a con artist and thief. After nothing but great experiences with other workers and companies we’ve hired to do work over the years, our experience with Teddy’s Home Services was dispiriting and infuriating beyond belief. The other reviews here describe our experience with Teddy exactly. We hired him to tear down a rickety old shed on our property, which he did, and build a new one, which he never did. He started off all friendly and cooperative, demanded a big upfront down payment (which unfortunately we paid, since we had no reason not to trust him), did some initial work and then started making himself scarce. He offered excuses for why he couldn’t come: sick, injury, other jobs taking longer than expected. Winter came and went, with the ugly demolition site dominating our backyard, and with spring he couldn’t deal with the mud. He insulted our property, proposed expensive and unnecessary work-arounds, began insulting me personally when we didn’t agree and angrily texted “Lawyer up, buddy” when I complained that he wasn’t doing the job. Eventually he stopped showing up altogether or responding to messages. The work he actually did (tearing down the shed, several inept efforts to alleviate the muddy conditions by laying down gravel) covered less than a third of the money we paid him. We reluctantly concluded that going after him legally would not be worth the effort, stress, lawyers fees and court fees – which Teddy probably figured. Based on other reviews, that seems to be how he operates. If this review saves one person from hiring Teddy, I will have done my civic duty.
