We hired Texas Premier Remodeling to repair/replace roof and deck as well as extend the deck in October of 2024. He was not able to complete the job even though he had been paid the full contract price by December as well as some extra invoices. He did nothing from December to February, and then only 2days of work putting a roof on. From February, he did no work and did not remove the trash/debris from our yard. After meeting with a lawyer we told him not to return. We finally found a contractor who would agree to redo his substandard work, finish the project, and haul the trash off that Anthony had left.
