A nightmare of a contractor-unable to hire qualified subcontractors-does not pay subcontractors even after he is paid by owner. We are still suffering from too much shoddy work and cheap materials. Two exterior doors were reworked five times, foundation reworked twice, as well as framing, siding, flooring, plumbing and lots of other aspects of this build too numerous to mention. We are currently trying to get a tub replaced that was damaged during construction as well as a fifth attempt to install a non-leaking side range hood vent. Our contract was quite deceptive so I don't think this contractor is credible nor honorable.
