We are totally disappointed by their 1) poor knowledge/understanding about their projects, 2) lack of communication skills, and 3) lack of responsibility/ownership. As they proposed work with their permit processing services, we requested them to submit permits for each project. We heard permit applications were submitted, but it turned out that they had submitted a permit for one project (which we appreciated though) leaving another one for nothing over a couple of weeks. What was worse was that they ignored what was confirmed with the city permit center in advance and they did not even try to submit all of the references that we requested to attach in the permit application, which we found was not even submitted over two weeks. When we pointed out the fact that they had performed none of them, and we decided to take over the permit processing on behalf of them, they gave up everything and ran away from the project that they proposed. Since we wasted considerable time and money due to this irresponsible conduct, we would neither work with them nor recommend anyone else to work with them. As they self-acknowledged, they don't have a proper skill set as a licensed general contractor unfortunately.
