We hired him in 2020 and still waiting for him to complete what he said he would do. On 27 May I gave Tim an $8000 check to erect the base for a wraparound porch I have yet to see him and this is to September. Do not use this person for any construction purposes

We thought we were getting a competent contractor when we hired Tim Vinci. All he does is lie about the status of material and ask for more money to pay his people. He doesn't return phone calls. We're now at the point we have to hire other contractors to finish the work. I guess we will see him in court.
