I had my common roof replaced in oct, 2011. Insurance paid claim. I noticed in Dec. that the roof attic fan had not been replaced. Company complied. In May, 2013 I noticed the fan wasn't functioning. The company never sent an electrician to check the problem. It is December. I found an electrician to troubleshoot: the motor is defective. I never received paperwork to pursue manufacturer for warranty replacement. Go figure. Good luck to we consumers. Alma
