TLV construction was an amazing company to work with. Everyone was very professional. From the beginning of our remodel to the very end we absolutely have no complaints. It was suggested we get an engineer which they provided the name and we’re extremely glad we did. Once the remodel began there was not a day that went by that someone or multiple workers were working at the house. Terry was the head contractor and did all the construction along with his son. The subcontractors that he uses were also very professional and did excellent work, from the plumber, electrician, cabinet maker and installers, cabinet finishers, countertop and tile designer to the installers, The hardwood floor installers, the drywaller and painters were also top notch. We also made some changes along the way which caused no problems and the entire construction from beginning to end took 10 weeks. While in the construction process we lived in the home, the only room that was not affected was one bathroom. Walls were removed, a bathroom was removed and an on-suite master bath was added. There was a complete configuration of the kitchen, a walk-in pantry was added, new electrical panel, canned lighting, tankless water heater and softener add. At the end of each day the contractor cleaned up everything with vacuum and broom which made it so easy to live in our home during construction. We are over happy with the end results and would highly recommend TLC Construction!
