  Clear a drain

  $100

  Knowing the problem I had prior to coming he still didn’t bring the proper tools so he had to come back two days later. He said if I didn’t pay the deductible he wouldn’t come back. Well, he didn’t come back anyway and didn’t take my phone calls. So he basically stole $100. DO NOT CALL THIS GUY FOR WORK

  BEWARE! These people are scam artists. We were forced to use them for our broken hot water heater through our warranty company and it was AWFUL from the start. Rude, unprofessional, stole our warranty label and won't return it or our calls. They made sure to cash our check though! These guys will do anything to rack up your bill total. DO NOT USE!!!!

  Was assigned Tom as a part of my Home warranty. Called him and confirmed my appointment for the next day. The window of time I was given was from 8-4. Tom was a no show. When I called @4 he answered (the tv was on in the back ground) He claimed he called in the morning to confirm and received no answer. I had no calls that day. Don't waste you time with him. What kind of contractor is not going to show up to an appointment he confirmed the day before?

  Water leaking issue

  Beware! Tom Golden plumbing wouldn’t know what customer service was even if it hit him in the face. My home warranty practically forced me to do business with him and shame on them for not looking into those who they recommend. He told me that he would be showing up either that day or the next but could not confirm which or a time frame. I specifically told him I could not take off two days of work on the chance you could come. He proceeded to tell me a day and time frame which seemed made up then hung up before I had a chance to say if that worked. This review could go on and on please beware some practices should be held to a higher standard. Last thing this is my first negative review ever about any product or service I purshased. I believe that there’s always going to be some good and bad with everything however I would not like to anyone to go through Tom golden plumbing.

  Home warrenty

  Got him on a home warrenty call & he was all nice until the warrenty company messed up the order & he couldn't get the parts & then decided that he would not put the bricks under the hot water heater like we had taked about. He talked to me like I had no idea what I was talking about because I am women. Would never use this plumber. It's not good business when they say one thing & then go back on his word. I don't trust people who do that...

  update heating system

  Very polite and professional. Easy arrangements for estimate to be done.
  No" double talk" during first visit so we were trusting enough to have work started.Did a good job and cleaned up before they left for the day.
