Top Gable did roof repair for us in May 2017, which cost us $1,578. In less than five month, the leak recurred and ruined our ceiling. When we contacted the company, the contractor said there was no warranty on the repair. Adding insult to injury, he claimed he undertook the job as a “favor” to us because we were his old customer (he had installed gutters for us the year before). The rudeness was astounding. Stay away from this business.

I want to follow up on the previous post. Topgable made amends by identifying the leak that stemmed from a siding, not the roofing, problem and fixed the siding at a reasonable rate. The final paint touch-up was done today. Despite considerable delay, I commend the owner's willingness to serve his client. The earlier misunderstanding was largely due to a communication problem. Topgable is after all an honorable company.
