    Friendly until you pay their deposit then awful customer service. Rough framing inspection for home addition failed on 3 major issues - they ignored 3 framing support items as specified in architect plans. Roofers did not show up 4 times and we had rain coming in several times til they finally did the roof with no apology for the hassle with potential water damage claim to our new metal ducts. Workers leave trash and cigarettes all over. Got pushback from them when they delayed start time and complaints about roof not being done. They really changed face after they received their deposit.
