Arrived on time. He examined the scope of the work, and gave sound advice on what needed to be done. Prior to his arrival there had been a toilet on the 2nd floor of a 3 unit building that was replaced and resulted in a hole in the ceiling of the 1st floor unit. He ensured there were no additional leaks and instructed his contracting team to repair the ceiling. The repair job was excellent and the cost was very economical.

He was fired so it still wasn't completed after the majority of the cost was paid! Treats his employees like they are idiots but doesn't give them good direction. There is so much more but I will end it with the fact that he is also a big liar.
