David Dean was professional and very good at what he does. I had an emergency and he went above and beyond to help me. He knocked the job out in one day and the work was amazing. I will have David back to do some more jobs for me. He does what he says and says what he does! He is excellent!

Jan and I appreciate the honesty and patience that David provided throughout the complete renovation of our home. It’s been rewarding to share ideas for our forever home and watch them materialize. The attention to detail during each process on the pathway from interior demolition to completion is both rare and commendable! When we made changes, and there have been several, David was courteous and went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. We did have some challenges, including designing an accessible, “wheel-in” shower in the master bathroom. But every challenge was met with calm confidence. The creativity and skill of a true craftsman in action! He was present daily, kept the job site clean, and took an active role in the management of subcontractors used for our project. As a result of the interactions and quality of completed projects during this months long project, IWe can confidently say that David is a person of integrity and craftsmanship. We are both VERY pleased with the process and the finished product! We would highly recommend him for any project.
