Contractor finished a Gunite pool for me, two years later experienced a few cracks due to the Gunite not being installed properly. They said they have a 10 year warranty on the shell. I have been trying to reach them for over two weeks to come look at and address the issue. I have been getting the run around and to date they have not got back to me to even come look at the work they did which is now in need of repair. A lot of money was spent on this pool and top end finishes and contractors were used. Unfortunately this company does not stand behind their work and their warranty.
