If I had to rate this contractor, I would probably give this contractor a 1 star out of 5 stars.. I had a small job which was a tree being taken down. As far as the tree being taken down that part went fine. Then I needed Roots grinded up and this was discussed before this job was taken. I was told this would be done. This part was sub-contracted out to someone else who came over and grinded the stump and some roots and left me with a pile of mulch up to my knees that apparently was my job to get rid of? I should have been told this before hand. It took me a month to get this pile and when I finally did, I found that there was still roots there. I called the contractor to let him know and I have had empty promises. I have been told that someone would be coming back and they never did !!! I now have to hire someone else to FINISH THE JOB THAT I INITIALLY PAID FOR !!!!! I am disappointed that there is a problem and was left with no help. Good Luck with this Contractor if there is ever a problem. I will be seeing this contractor in court and will file a Negative Response with the Better Business Bureau !!!!
