Dan is great until he's not. Refused to fix a faulty smoke detector issue - easy fix, simply replace two units he had installed, because it was very likely at least one was bad. He said it was too far to come to do so after coming back once, finding no wiring issue, and stating the ridiculous premise that it was power surges causing the units to chirp frequently. After the chirping continued, I insisted he come back and replace the units, and he refused until I offered to pay for the new units (despite my having paid for the first ones). He refused to return the original ones and refund my extra money. Refused to take my text or call. Stay clear of this guy. Doesn't know what he's talking about and doesn't recitfy issues.
