Gave me a cotract to pwer wash and stain decks
Said he will do 2 coats with Benjamin Moore
He actually did one coat on half the project with Home depot stain. The other half was just sealed
The carpentry part was terrible and I vould have done a neater job -

Steve Tsimis is completely unqualified to do any of the work he lists under his scope of expertise. He lacks the basic skills to sparkle drywall and paint. More concerning is his complete lack of self awareness as to the quality of his work. I would not recommend hiring him for any home improvement
