Poor job. Came to my property for a work order by my rental company and provided inadequate poor quality work. They cut corners and blame the limitations on my rental companies approval when I pushed my rental company to approve over $5000 in work. They painted over rotten wood never addressed it with my property manager. They used wood from a fence panel to replace fashia on the top of the house. They left paint streaks all over the siding. Installed a porch railing and posts slanted and not flushed to the concrete. Joe assured me Javier would get it all taken care of, Javier then told me he would stay to address all the issues and left. They also put new fashia over rotted wood without addressing it to the rental company.
