    I had some cement work done by twin eagle and found them to be very reliable;my sidewalk cracked after 2 months and I called a person named tom,he was there within a week and replace the portion that cracked.they didn't have to do it because I elected not to use re-rod but it was a good experience and would recommend them

    Worst nightmare ever.

    Some fellow named Tom showed up saying he could fix my flood repairs immediately. Took a hefty deposit from me. Called him every week for three weeks, then asked for my deposit to be returned. Told me he would begin work immediately, but sent someone from another company. Gasper Salvaggio would not identify the name of his company. Brought what appeared to be five men to dig out the exterior of my basement. Two of these "men" were minor school children missing school (15 year olds). This crew was rough. When I questioned things they did, they were lewd. Gasper dumped a load of gravel into my front lawn (I have a two car parking pad). This crew completely filled my neighbors yard blocking access to his side door. No permission was given for this by the neighbor. The building inspector came out telling me they didn't pull a permit. Half the talk from all of these parties was about weed, bud, and oxycotin. I am a handicapped woman, and was horrified by this group. On October 1, these "men" went to riot on me telling me they weren't getting paid because I didn't pay. Apparently Gasper only gave $400 for the five to split. I had to go into my house yelling "911...I'm calling 911". When the crew took off on October 1, they ripped off the tarred plastic that had been put to the house, and took shovels to the stone window sills. I did make a police report. Mr. Anger gave me a proposal for work in August. I had a legitimate company that would have begun work on September 9. Mr. Salvaggio showed up on September 23. This work crew was supposed to put a tarp down for the clay. They destroyed my entire backyard, left debris everywhere. I live off of a mile road. When I asked Mr. Salvaggio to remove debris from site, he had his crew dumped it along the buildings on the mile road. I reported to LARA / State of Michigan, and they reported no license on record for any of these people. Horrible mess costing me thousands, and thousands of dollars to fix. Watch out for these guys. I think they target handicapped people. Forgot to mention that Mr. Salvaggio's crew used all my garden tools (shovels, hoes, clippers, saws), and broke everything they used. They were not equipped to work. They plugged their cell phones into my electric, and spent most of their day talking on these phones. Please avoid thes people who identify themselves as: George Cacevic, Tom Anger and Gasper Salvaggio. My experience was costly and horrible. It has taken two crews of four people each to fix what they ruined. They were supposed to remove my air conditioning compressor from the site. They just shovelled clay into it (installed in 2010). They did dig a hole. They did paint tar and place plastic. Then they threatened me, and tore the job apart. Unreal. Forgot to mention they ruined my and my neighbor's downspouts from gutters.

    George Cacevic did some cement work for me. Cracking and flaking everywhere after 4 months. Tells me it is an 'act of God" and will not return my calls. Also says his phone is broken and he hasn't received my texts.
