  TO all these negative responses to Mr. Jack Ulloa, Mr Jack Ulloa worked on my house in Pacific Palisades for a 9 month project. I was so pleased with his honesty and hard work that I have recommended him to friends who are currently using him on there projects. I believe all this negative feedback aren't completely true, there is two sides to every story.

  I left the good review before they were finished. They did not finish work they were supposed to do, and they still owe me money. Do not use them.

  this company is a fraud. they used to be a different company but they went under because they had 3 projects in Norco and 1 in Murietta that they conned the homeowners and did not complete work on- walking away with the money. They have a string of employees that they have not paid going back YEARS! They ask for more than 10% upfront and they want weekly payments when it should be based on progress. Beware that when an employee is not paid and they work on your property- they can place a lien for thier payment to the homeowner!!! Since they ILLEGALLY employee people= no WORKERS COMP- if someone is hurt on your property they can sue YOU!!! Dont do business with this company, save your money, time, and aggrivation. GO with a more reputable company that wont try to con you out of your money. Try calling some of the pople that have left thier # and if you were taken by them (under this name) or Clydes Plumbing & Drain or Phoenix Remodeling & Construction= bring this to light- call a news station DO SOMETHING!!!!!

  This man is a total con man! He started my project with a license that he BORROWED/equals fraud. Then Jack Ulloa tells me that I have to put down a payment of $5400 10% of the job. Thats funny because the law states 10% or $1000 dollars which ever is lower. He was also had a pay schedule for every Friday which required me to pay him. Once again he broke the law! You can only get payed in progress payments for work completed! Look else where as ^^ Joe Garcia stated for a contractor. Also unpaid employes also came to my home looking for Mr. Ulloa!

  Jack Ulloa remodeling and construction inc. is the worst contractor and his work is terrible. His own workers complain to me that he does not pay them. Don't use this contractor for your remodeling.

  We used Ulloa Remodeling and Construction for a bathroom remodel and several other projects in our 100 year old home in Monrovia. These guys are great, Jack is a pleasure to work with and all the brothers are fine craftsman. They took pride in their work, were respectful to me and the property. Arrived on time every day, did everything they said they were going to do and cleaned up behind themselves everyday. We liked them so much we are using them to more work on some investment property. Highly recommended.
