    Countertop
    $2,000

Fiasco experience. I ordered a countertop with sink on 2/25/18 and had template done within the week. It is now 4/2/18 and still no countertop. I was told 7-10 days for install but it has been 5 weeks!!! Ridiculous. They are waiting on the sink....really. Get your act together. Horrible....I recommend DONT with them.

    90 days

Took 90 days to get the counter top delivered to the site. 3 attempts at measuring. Poor communication as to the delivery and installation. No recommendation for this shop.

Came to the site and templated the project. Came back a few weeks later and attempted an installation. The Field Tech stated that the counter top was not cut square. I asked if it could be adjusted in the field and he indicated that it would need to be re-cut at the factory shop. I called them later on to see when we could reschedule and they stated they needed $250 more to come back to the site and install the top. Really?? I am in the process of cancelling this order unless they will make good on the initial price contract. i have more work to do in this Kitchen, but will reserve judgement on future orders until this section is completed.

    Horrible customer service

Warning: This place has the worst customer service. Kara and Lydia are awful at dealing with customers. Kara is a little bit better than Lydia. Even my local Home Depot is aware of her and apologized that I had to deal with her. I haven't even had my countertops installed yet, but I am writing this review because whether or not they turn out well would not change my recommendation. This place is simply not worth dealing with. They transfer you around and around and do not return voicemails. I will say, there is a gentleman there by the name of Chris who is excellent. I just want to be fair, because he does not deserve to be lumped in with a poor review. This is the first review of any place I have ever written, but I feel so strongly about the poor customer service here, I needed to warn others.

I would give this place a very bad review. Customer service is terrible and that is if you can get through to a human being. I have several friends that have purchased through Home Depot and Stoneworks Unico was the countertop fabricator. They have had nothing but issues with scratches, chips, seams separating and sinks falling out. I highly recommend you go else where . You can get a better price, better turn around time and much better service.

The custom formica counter top is beautiful. Staff was very accommodating to construct the top to my specifications (no miter in the corner). I couldn't find the one seam on the top of the counter (which was needed because one sheet wasn't big enough for the whole counter) even though I instructed them where to put it. My personal contractor who did the install showed me the seam and he said they did a very good job. Very good job also on the vertical end pieces not showing seams. My formica pattern is strips of aged wood of different colors, and with their beautiful craftsmanship, it actually looks like real wood instead of like a formica imitation. I think it would fool visitors.
