I had a heatpump installed last year and have had nothing but problems. It was completely wired wrong so boards were shorted out. They would replace the boards but then another problem would arise. They have been her at least 10 times now and each time they tried to make me believe it was not their system and it was working fine. Each time I would get upset so they would run their tests and find something wrong. I wish I could get a refund and start over with another company.
