  Big Promises - Even Bigger Let Down !

  Jesse is a charming young man promising you top quality,,,,,but fails completely when it comes to delivery, leaving you with below average quality, major mistakes,…

  THEN HE WALKED OFF THE UNFINISHED JOB AFTER I PAID HIM 100% !

  Jesse is not about customer satisfaction, he is only interested in "I need to get paid 100% for this job!" even though he did not fulfill his side of the contract - not even close !

  We hired him to put fine stucco on our house with composite wood accents.
  Turned out his stucco crew was incapable of applying the right stucco - they tried and failed miserably!
  So we had to settle for the regular fine stucco……..then Jesse tried to match our chosen color to the new stucco…….
  We had ordered an almost white stucco with a slight grey tint. Jesse ended up putting the wrong color - the house is now a taupe beige. Thank you Jesse!
  When we called him about the color on the first wall he could not be bothered and did not come until the house was finished - no word of apologies…just "I need to get paid 100% for this job!"

  How about the composite wood part of the job…… Well, let's say this, his crew does not know how to make straight lines or put screws in in an orderly fashion!
  Terribly sloppy job !

  Long story short: I paid Jesse 100% of the job before it was completely done because he is the son of a friend - Jesse gave me his word he would finish my list of unfinished things by the time I would come back from my trip a week later……..Of course only 10% of my list was completed, and I received another estimate asking for more money to finish the job ?!?!?! He even had the audacity to ask me to pay extra for the wood needed to finish the chimney since he calculated it wrong!

  The list of unfinished items and mistakes is too long for here - just a few - left us with lots of garbage, unfinished stucco, wood wrapped chimney is only done on 2 sides, the window he replaced looks horrific, is unfinished and now leaking , power cable is hanging of the wall……….I almost forgot, his contractors ruined my wooden kitchen floor with tape, Jesse personally patched it up leaving my floors looking patched up rather than perfect as before !

  But he has so many 5 star reviews ! ?

  Well, I know his family ……. Out of the 13 5star reviews 4 are from his family members and the latest by Kellee…his fiancee!

  You can come to your own conclusion…..

  Jesse is dishonest and completely unqualified as a contractor. He will lie straight to your face to get paid with no intention of finish the job !
