Absolutely horrible building experience that left us with a custom home riddled with problems. Most of the problems were never fixed correctly. The house is a leaker. It leaks in almost every room. Some of the sub contractors did excellent work but the Gose in house employees were an incompetent crew. Would never recommend this company or their sister company of Upland Homes to anybody for any kind of work. Avoid at all costs. There are many good builders in Highlands County. This outfit is not one of them.
