  I hired USA Plumbing based on a friends recommendation. Of course there are lots of nuances I can’t put every detail in a review, but……Lee & his helper installed a vanity, new faucet, reset the toilet, and new shower hardware. Once complete, I could see the work was not particularly neat and not done with a lot of care, but what do you say about that? Well, it quickly became evident it went deeper than the surface. My sink immediately started leaking in 2 places. Lee said he would come back, but I stated I would show him the issues, but did not want him to fix anything until I got a second opinion.

  When he came back, I told him the other plumbers findings (from a very good and trusted referral), and he immediately became angry. While I stayed calm and was simply trying to come to a resolution, he would not stop yelling at me. I calmly stated to him “you’re yelling at my in my own home,” to which he responded by leaning forward, head stuck out, “I’m not yelling at you!” His helper was simultaneously arguing/yelling at me OVER TOP of Lee yelling at me, and Lee never even told him to shut up. Like father like son I guess!

  There was obviously no resolution coming from this conversation, and he started walking down the stairs. I followed to see him out. He stopped midway on the stairs (blocking me from going down), and stood there for a good minute continuing to argue with me. Why is this significant? Because Lee is about 6 feet 200lbs. I’m a 5’5” 130lb single female, alone in my home, and an aggressive, angry man is blocking me on my stairs. Any decent man would know how threatening and aggressive this would appear.

  Lee mentioned at one point about having a daughter. I would guess I’m about her age. I wonder how he’d feel if a contractor came into her home and acted towards her how he did towards me?

  Please, do not ever use this company.
