After used several times purchased many new AC/heat units , this owner v&m does not service unit once paid for the unit installation. Big time procrastinator, years go by with empty promises to call back or set up appts only to not show or call, not even give info when needed my unit is about 10 yrs old blows hot air. He waits for warranty to expire and blows people off when it comes to service he own installations. Terrible customer service and I highly recommend another business that will Guarantee their own work. Not just say it and disappear. Extremely disappointed in this company V&M and owner Vince. Do yourself a favor and get a reputable company.
