Keen, Jeromy Joseph
1 star only because I couldn’t give a 0. After 7 months we still had no building permit. Took $25k as an initial draw, did nothing but frame our counter space and told us he was out of money and needed more. Mind you we stull didn’t even have a permit. Then told us we were goung to have to go our separate ways and he would chalk it up as a loss. I have all of the photos and email and text correspondence for anyone who would like to see. Be careful with this guy!
