Vachik Gharibian installed my PVC fence in the backyard towards the back alley 4-5 years ago. Although the cost was high and he was inflexible in the correction of the contract items since he was recommended by a professional General Contractor whom I have known for 14 years, I gave him the contract. Everything seem to be ok until in January of 2024 the bottom horizontal panel got skewed when I saw it was attached to the vertical panels by a single small screw. Despite many phone calls, VMs and texts, he was never willing to stop by and fix it at cost. The last text he responded with an excuse was over a month ago on February 14th.
Very unprofessional. Will never hire him and do not recommend anyone hiring him.
