STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY!!! I purchased a home from this organization in September of last year and they provided a 1 year warranty on all repairs that they made to the property. The AC has gone out several times this last year and the vendor that they use drags his feet. My most current issue began on 6/21 and informed the AC vendor immediately. He told me it would be a week before he could get to my house. I called Hector Vizcarra the president of VCD and he said that he would take care of it. He did not call me back and will not pick up up my calls now. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY!!!
