  I’m glad to have met Eder who was referred to me by family and friends. Out of four other contractors who gave me estimates, I decided to choose Eder to do a full interior remodel on my residential property. This included a kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, living room, two car garage with storage above, and security cameras installation.

  Eder came to give me an estimate and answer any questions I had over the weekend. He would then message me back the same day with a detailed estimate and a phone call to go over the scope of work. When we met, I sensed he was a professional who was well-mannered with a polite and calm demeanor, and I had a good feeling about him.

  I myself have some home DIY remodeling experiences that I’ve done with a good friend who is also a contractor when I lived in a different state, and I can honestly say Eder and his team are very experienced, efficient, reliable, and have great work ethic. Here are some great qualities I noticed from them:

  - Consistent with showing up everyday on time and cleaning up after each work day

  - Well prepared for the next several steps and communicated with me what tasks and items were needed to keep the project moving forward with minimal delays

  - Meticulous, diligent and pays attention to details

  - Easy to communicate with throughout the process and kept me updated when he would be coming back to work or not

  There are a couple memorable highlights that I recall during the time of the project. One was when Eder went to a designer who created a legitimate computerized blueprint of how the kitchen remodel layout would look. I was very impressed with the preparation they did to help me out on my vision of how it would turn out when I wasn’t 100% sure. Having that blueprint reinforced my decision making and confidence in the project. And the second highlight was when we decided to do the kitchen backsplash from top to bottom. I remember we had a conversation about how, “if we enjoy and love what we do, then we’ll never work a day in our life”. It was easy to see that Eder treated my property with care as if it was his own, and he truly enjoys what he does for a living because the finished product turned out amazing.

  Overall, I highly recommend Eder for any project to friends, family, and even strangers who read this review. You will not be disappointed, give him a try. I will be reaching out to him for any future interior or exterior projects too.
