Put in a glue down commercial carpet on cement for us. Gave us phone quote because he didn't want to drive too far just to give quote. Came and started and wanted cash only but we would only give him a little at a time. He was suppose to also put CONTINUOUS rubber baseboard on. He left unraveling seams on the carpet job everywhere and cut the baseboard up in small sections leaving seams all over. Then refused to come back and fix unless we paid him another $200. Said it was our fault cuz there wasn't enough heat in building. However, he knew that before beginning job and brought his big heater but then didn't use.
