    This guy did a flip job next to us and it was a total nightmare!

    When they did demolition this idiot lifted up the foundation slabs with a Bobcat five feet in the air and dropped them on the ground to break them. This basically caused large earthquakes in the neighborhood. He was SO cheap, he would not even rent a Bobcat with a concrete breaker attachment for just one day! They made the cracks in our driveway and chimney worse! He also lied about fixing the brick border wall or landing he broke on our property. Still needs fixing Vince!

    Second, he cut corners EVERYWHERE on the house. The current owner had to fix a ton of stuff that was not to code. He was SO cheap that did not even repair the side walks that they broke. He actually poured the driveway to lineup with a inch off uneven broken sidewalk. Looks beyond horrid. Every contractor I know fixes the curbs and sidewalks they break. Not this joker, he said let the county do it.
