    This man is a liar, a scam artist, a fraud.. I could go on all day. He stole money from me, do not do business with this man.

    his website falsely states that Vincent Labrusciano its a licensed contractor with the State of California. His license has expired. He misrepresented himself as a State of California licensed contractor when he wrote an offer on a vacant lot that I had listed.
    He is not currently licensed , according to the State of California website.

    I am a licensed Realtor in Long Beach CA.
    Vincent Labrusciano was interested in purchasing a vacant lot that I had listed.
    He wrote the offer and collected the full set of plans from my office in Long Beach, with the knowledge that he had to return them with-in 24 hours.
    These plans are very expensive to replace and they are the property of the owner of the vacant lot.
    Over two weeks have passed and Vincent has not returned any of my phone calls or e mails, and has not returned the FULL set of plans with a soil report as promised.
    1 star our of a possible 5 stars.
    If possible, I would have given this contractor a zero star rating.
