Dave as he likes to be called comes on strong. Touts being better than any contractor out there and prides himself on "all the little details". Actions speak louder than words and that is where he does not add up. He has a short memory when it comes to anything that he promised would be done. His attention to detail is so poor that I am at a loss for words. Never meets a deadline. He sends his crew to work on their own only giving orders via telephone most of the time. His crew does not possess the ability to work on their own without oversight from someone and as a result, the finish product is terrible at best. Dave is good at showing up on pay day. That is where he excels. I would suggest to anyone that they look elsewhere for a contractor for their next project. Shame on you Dave Lupo!
