One should exercise caution when hiring this contractor. He is certainly a nice enough fellow and appears knowledgeable about construction and remodeling. His quality of work is adequate, no complaints there. My wife is pleased with the results of the new kitchen and dining room However, when all was said and done, all was not said and done. He apparently is not very good about paying his suppliers and subcontractors. After the job was complete, a couple of suppliers came after me to pay for the materials they supplied for the job. Fortunately, I had it clearly stipulated in my work contract that he was to pay the material costs so I managed to escape being sued over this or paying twice. Afterward I did a deeper search on this Bryan Weber and found he has been sued numerous times for not paying bills. With Weber Remodeling, it is very much buyer beware. I would strongly urge anyone wanting to remodel to search elsewhere for a more reputable contractor.
