On Oct. 23,2020, I had West Coast Rockscapes repair a faux rock on my pool. 8 months later, repair site was cracked, chipping looking worse than original problem. I sent business owner text with photos of compromised repair on Thurs. June 17, 2021. Left him voicemail on Fri. June 25, 2021. Sent additional emails Tue. July 6, 2021 via website and to owner (unknown if website contact form is same email address). July 6 email is first reply from owner advising he would be out of state until mid August and he would "reach out" once he returned. Never heard from him again. I emailed on Mon. Sept. 20, 2021, asking to be put on schedule for failed rock repair. He replied Tue. Sept. 21, 2021 advising he would "try to get to it later in the week next week" and "keep you posted". Never hear from him again. I emailed Mon. Oct. 25, 2021, advising it had been over 4 months since my initial contact and need to be put on the schedule. Left another voicemail on Fri. Oct. 29, 2021 which he ignored/dismissed as with majority of my attempts to get in touch with him.
Unprofessional and subpar work. Would not recommend.
