Not recommend this contractor. He wasted my time and money. He is a good talker and very nice at the beginning of contract, and his fee was kept going up with hidden fees, work is not clear, rude, not responsible. He charged more than half of the total charge up front, he only came one day with one worker, I still didn't get my refund and he blocked me. Planning to complain to BBB, contractor license board, and office attorney general. Also planning to do small claim to get my refund.

I have used this contractor for numerous jobs in the last 5 years--from a major house remodel to a myriad of smaller jobs. Not only is Roy immensely qualified, experienced and a pleasure to work with, but his workers are excellent and friendly. They work virtually every day of the week until a project is finished--which made the speed of my remodel literally the envy of my Palos Verdes neighborhood!
Compared to other contractors I've worked with, Roy is professional, accommodating and--possibly most important-honest. I have never felt dubious about his work, and I've never doubted its quality. I am very grateful to have come across Roy when I was searching.... I recommend him and his team highly.
