Contacted them for a problem with my Tankless hot water heater. He told me he would call me within a week because he just got back from vacation. Two weeks later we had an appointment just for him to tell me the night before that he had to push me another week due to a priority job. No thank you. Obviously they go for the bigger jobs firsts. Save your time.
